Free service connection up to 250 meters for BPL households|KSEB Free Service Connection |KSEB Ltd

BPL households will now get free service connection up to 250 meters. As there are no other schemes available to provide free new connections after completion of complete electrification scheme, all connections without post requirement for BPL households with connected load up to 1000 Watts and post required connections up to 200 meters line will be provided free of cost by KSEBL using own funds.

 Had given More and more eligible applications to draw the line and provide connection are coming to K.S. After coming to the attention of EBL, the distance limit of connections for which the line has to be drawn free of charge for BPL households with connected load up to 1000 Watts has been increased from 200 meters to 250 meters.

1.Proof of Identity (Electoral Identity Card/Indian

Passport/Driving Licence/Ration Card/Photo Identity Card issued by

any Government Agency/PAN Card/AADHAR Card/National Population

Register (NPR)Card/Photo Identify Certificate from Village

Panchayat or Municipality or Municipal Corporation)

2.Proof of ownership (Ownership or Occupancy certificate of the

building issued by Municipal Corporation or Municipality or

Panchayat or Township / Ownership or Possession certificate of the

land issued by competent Revenue authority / Copy of title deed

duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/ KSEB Ltd officer/ Copy of the

Land Tax payment receipt issued by Revenue authorities issued

within 1 year)

3.Sketch showing details of connected equipments, marked in

building plan

4.Proof that applicant belongs to BPL category

(Certificate from Local Body or Ration Card for un-electrified house holds)
