How KSEB Bills are Calculating in Lockdown Time

The entire country  is in locked down in the corona panic. No daily activities are taking place.

The same is true with KSEB. There is no other activity except to resolve the grievances, including the reading of the LT meter. But this electricity, which comes at a high cost, cannot  not  reduce the bill. So this time the average is billed.

Is this how it is? I can tell. That is, the average of the three previous bills is calculated accordingly.

That means the last three bills were for 210, 220 and 230 units. Then the bill for this time would be for 220 units.

We pay this bill as usual.

But what about reading after two months ? That would be a total of 4 months of consumption. Half of this is in line with the average bill, which is about half the current one. Or rather, our consumption is so low that we don't have the same unit that we do now. Then the excess amount will be shown as advance in the bill. This can be seen as DL Adjustment.
