* KSEBL shall bear the cost up to 50,000/ for the shifting of 11KV line/LT line/poles obstructing construction of new houses under 'Life Mission Housing Scheme' subject to following conditions:
* Only work of shifting 11KV/LT line/poles that are situated obstructing construction of new houses under 'Life Mission Housing Scheme', up to a total estimate amount of 50,000/.
* Allow the relief/concession based on valid BPL certificate from the local body or an income certificate from Village office to the effect that yearly income of the family is below $50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only).
* And a certificate from the local body concerned stating that the house is included in 'Life Mission Housing Scheme'.
* Applicable only to beneficiaries who have absolute ownership over the land in which the shifting work is required, on or before 16.08.2025 with an exemption only in the case to inherited properties transferred subsequently.
